Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all orders. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10-14 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow additional time for delivery based on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options may be available for select products. If expedited shipping is offered, you will have the option to select it during the checkout process for an additional fee.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United States of America. 

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, and your location. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process for your review before completing your purchase.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframe provided during the checkout process.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather or customs clearance delays for international orders.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • In the event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice@sawyerandspade.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
